Given the nature of the service, two distinct groups of data are processed.

Our customers
Name, telephone, email, business details, tax and trade registry details, identity and signature documents, payment records, panel activity logs and IP address
End users
Data belonging to our customers' own customers: name, telephone, address, call recording and transcript, appointment and order details
Site visitors
The name, telephone and email address left in a demo request

For end-user data the data controller is the business itself. ...... acts as the party processing that data on the business's behalf.

Purposes of processing

  • Delivering the service: answering calls, creating appointments and orders, keeping records
  • Forming and performing the contract, invoicing and collection
  • Measuring and improving service quality
  • Meeting legal obligations and responding to official authorities
  • Sending commercial electronic messages where explicit consent exists

Legal grounds

Data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the Law: necessity for the formation and performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest and — where required — explicit consent.

Transfer abroad

Your data is hosted on servers inside the European Union, in the Frankfurt (Germany) region. Under the Law this constitutes a transfer abroad. Data is also shared with voice processing, messaging and payment infrastructure providers, strictly to the extent the service requires.

Retention

Personal data is retained for as long as the purpose requires and for the minimum periods set by applicable legislation. Once that period ends it is erased, destroyed or anonymised. You may request erasure when your contractual relationship ends.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law you have the right to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • Know the third parties to whom it is transferred at home or abroad
  • Request correction where it is incomplete or inaccurate
  • Request erasure or destruction where the conditions are met
  • Request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties it was transferred to
  • Object to a result reached solely through automated analysis that works against you
  • Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
