Manufacturing
A price question based on a measurement takes the production team away from the bench, and the same question repeats dozens of times a day.
What it does on the phone
- Prices from a measurement — width × length, metres, kilos, units; you enter the rule once
- Routes to the right department — production, dispatch, accounts
- Separates the urgent — a stopped line and a price question do not land in the same box
- Takes forward orders — with a delivery date
- Recognises the account — what they bought before and what they owe
What you see in the panel
- Accounts
- In manufacturing the records are called Accounts — balance, movements, history
- Price rules
- Which product is calculated by which rule
- Orders
- With delivery dates
- Cash
- Collections, credit, receivables
A typical day
Of seventeen calls, nine are price enquiries and are calculated on the call against the defined rule. Four are order tracking; two are passed on as urgent.
What the setup opens
Staff transfer, price calculation, message taking, urgency triage and forward orders.
If your question is not answered here, ask us — we will talk it through on a demo call.
