Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Almon service provided by ....... By using the service you accept them.
What the service covers
Almon answers incoming calls, places outgoing ones, handles WhatsApp conversations, and manages the appointments, orders and records arising from them in the panel. Which parts are switched on is decided at setup.
Your obligations
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the product, price, stock and service information you enter. Almon repeats it to your customers as given
- Obtaining İYS consent for outbound calling and complying with the relevant legislation is your responsibility; the system will not run a campaign against a list without it
- You are the data controller for your own customers' personal data and are responsible for informing them as the law requires
- You are responsible for the security of your account and of the permissions you grant your staff
- The service may not be used unlawfully, for harassment, or in any way that infringes the rights of others
Our obligations
- To provide the service with reasonable care and technical competence
- To process your data as described here and in our privacy texts
- To give notice of planned maintenance
- To inform you without delay of any security incident affecting the service
Charges
The service is usage-based: phone conversations are charged by the minute spoken, WhatsApp per conversation. Balance is loaded in advance and tracked in the panel. Prices and packages are published in the panel and changes are announced beforehand. VAT is added to the stated amounts.
Limits of liability
Artificial intelligence systems can make mistakes. What Almon says on a call rests on the data you entered; we are not liable for outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete data. Indirect losses, loss of profit and losses arising from third-party infrastructure outages are also excluded. In any event our liability is limited to the service fees you paid in the preceding twelve months.
Suspension and termination
The service may be suspended for breach of these terms, exhaustion of balance or where the law requires it. You may end your subscription at any time and request erasure of your data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of ...... have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Third-party content
The earth surface imagery used on this site is published by Solar System Scope under the CC BY 4.0 licence. All other imagery and text belongs to Almon.
