Privacy Policy

This policy explains what is collected when you use almon.ai and the Almon panel, why it is collected and what is done with it. For the legal framework, see the Data Protection Notice.

What we collect

When you give it
The name, telephone and email left in the demo form; the business and document details given during setup
While the service runs
Call recordings and transcripts, appointment, order and customer records, panel activity logs
Automatically
IP address, browser information and basic usage logs

Why we collect it

Only so the service works. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Who we share it with

Only the infrastructure providers the service requires, and only as far as it requires:

  • Server and database infrastructure — inside the European Union, Frankfurt region
  • Voice infrastructure — to place and record the call
  • Messaging infrastructure — for communication over WhatsApp
  • Payment infrastructure — to take payment; card details are never held by us
  • Public authorities where legally required

How long we keep it

For as long as the work requires and legislation obliges. You may request erasure when your contract ends.

Security

Access is permission-based and every action is logged. You decide who can see what in the panel, and which part of your customer data Almon can reach is a switch you control. There is more detail on the Security & Data page.

Changes

When this policy changes it is updated on this page. Where a change is significant we tell our customers separately.
